Hello, Betsy. I am a PreK-5 teacher interested in applying for a fellowship that will enhance my knowledge on this topic. A few years ago we created a school garden and began teaching our students about food waste, production, farm to table, etc. Do you have any recommendations on specific places to visit in Europe next summer that will help me educate my students on this topic? Looking for suggestion to help plan an amazing trip.
